Aikon Development Consultancy Ltd. (AikoN) was established to meet the needs of owners and occupiers in such a situation. At AikoN, we aim to make our clients’ vision a reality by carefully balancing the practicalities of delivery and the complex requirements of the Statutory Town Planning and Land Administration system. With our insight, we are able to assess the risks and realities of a scheme and create a strategy to address the hurdles facing each case.

Development or redevelopment of a property sometimes involves technical issues such as traffic, environmental noise, drainage, sewerage and visual etc. that relevant Government departments could be apprehensive of and require the Applicant to provide technical inputs (e.g. Traffic Impact Assessment, Drainage Impact Assessment, Environmental Assessment, Sewerage Impact Assessment and Visual Impact Assessment) in support of planning application or lease modification/land exchange application or general building plan submission.

AikoN maintain the strong working association with our partner, Aikon Engineering Consultancy Ltd., to provide clients other requisite technical services which are outside but pertinent to Planning a land matter's services so that a complete professional project team to suit the needs of any given circumstances can be offered to clients.
